About modification of Item 2.1 of Traffic regulations
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Make change to Item 2.1 of the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2005, to No. 2, the Art. 86), having stated the subitem "g" in the following edition:
"ґ) the operative insurance policy (the insurance certificate "Green card") about the conclusion of the agreement of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles or the existing internal electronic agreement of the specified type of compulsory insurance in visual form of the insurance policy (on electronic or paper), data on which are confirmed by information containing in the single centralized database which operator is the Motor (transport) insurance bureau of Ukraine. Drivers who according to the legislation are exempted from compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles in the territory of Ukraine shall have in case of themselves the relevant supporting documents (certificate);".
