About modification of the Regulations on licensing procedure on money transfer in national currency without opening of accounts and loss of force the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 21, 2017 No. 138

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to articles 5, of 21 Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for issue by the National Bank of Ukraine to non-bank organizations of the license for money transfer in national currency without opening of accounts the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on licensing procedure on money transfer in national currency without opening of accounts approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2017 No. 80 (with changes), such changes:

1) in the Section I:

in Item 5:

add paragraph two with the words "or person authorized by it";

the first offer of the paragraph of third to add with the words "or person authorized by it.";

the fourth after the word of "bank" to add the paragraph with the words "or person authorized by it";

Item 7 in paragraph one to exclude the word "financial";
