1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 22.02.2022 No. 86

3. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

exercise system cameral control of the amounts of the paid taxes on the income of the foreign highly qualified and qualified specialists who received confirmation on the right of labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

in case of detection of discrepancy of the amount of the paid income tax to the salary (remuneration) established for the corresponding professional category to introduce written appeals to the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan about need of conducting unscheduled short-term inspection of observance of requirements of the legislation.
