Article 1

1) in Article 264:

a) the second to state part in the following edition:

"2. The act provided by part one of this Article, which entailed on imprudence causing severe harm to health of the person if it:

a) it is commited by person, being in state of intoxication;

b) it is integrated to leaving of the place of its making, -

it is punished by forced labor for a period of up to three years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years or imprisonment for a period of up to four years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years.";

b) the fourth to state part in the following edition:

"4. The act provided by part one of this Article, which entailed the death of the person on imprudence if it:

a) it is commited by person, being in state of intoxication;

b) it is integrated to leaving of the place of its making, -

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of two up to seven years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years.";

c) the sixth to state part in the following edition:

"6. The act provided by part one of this Article, which entailed the death of two or more persons on imprudence if it:

a) it is commited by person, being in state of intoxication;

b) it is integrated to leaving of the place of its making, -
