About measures for radical enhancement of system of protection of business activity and optimization of activities of bodies of prosecutor's office

For the purpose of strengthening of legal mechanisms of protection of the rights and interests of subjects of entrepreneurship, providing guarantees of legality in their activities, improvements of the investment climate and business environment in the republic, and also optimizations of activities of bodies of prosecutor's office by exception of tasks and functions unusual for them:

1. Determine that since April 1, 2019:

coordination of checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship and control of legality of their carrying out by monitoring bodies are performed by the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship (further - the Representative for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs);

decisions of the Representative for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs regarding conducting checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship are obligatory for execution by monitoring bodies;

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan participates in ensuring activities of the Representative for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the field of coordination of checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship by implementation of public control of legality of checks in activities of the subjects of entrepreneurship which are carried out by monitoring bodies.

2. Transfer from maintaining the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the jurisdiction of the Representative for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs the Single system of electronic registration of checks.

To the ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

together with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide voluntary conveyance of the information systems and software products maintaining operability of the Single system of electronic registration of checks in a month;
