1. Approve the enclosed Rule about withdrawal of the parcels of land for physical persons and legal entities.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 14, 1994 No. 329 "About approval of the Regulations on withdrawal of the parcels of land for the state and social needs".

Rules about withdrawal of the parcels of land for physical persons and legal entities

I. General provision

1. This rule establishes procedure for representation and consideration the petition of physical persons and legal entities for provision and seizure of land from lands, independently in whose use they are, except cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Provision and seizure of land is made according to the procedure of branch according to the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan. Withdrawal of the parcels of land, is made based on the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, or the decision of the Chairman of area, city and areas in competence compliance.
