1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2016 No. 432 "About approval of Rules of consideration of documents according to the construction project of the apartment house (residential building) for the conclusion of the agreement on provision of a guarantee" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14312, it is published on November 4, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of consideration of the documents according to the construction project of the apartment house (residential building) for the conclusion of the agreement on provision of a guarantee approved by the specified order:
