About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic)

Article 1.

Bring in part II of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 6, the Art. 226) the following change:

Add the code with Article 774-1 of the following content:

"Article 774-1. Restrictions on the funds allocated for recultivation

The regulations provided by Articles 760, 763-767, 769-771 and 774, are applied with restrictions, stipulated by the legislation about subsurface use to fund of recultivation.".

Article 2.

Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

"31) the lands provided for use of natural resources - the parcels of land provided to the subsoil user for the development of minerals performed based on the license for mineral right, the concession treaty, the production sharing agreement and state registration, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic, and construction of facilities of infrastructure (roads, the field camp and warehouses from easy structure, the power line (power transmission line) and other infrastructure facilities used only for the purpose of subsurface use) determined in graphical documentation in rectangular system of coordinates by its angular points;";

b) declare Item 32 invalid;

Item 8 of Article 10 to declare 2) invalid;

3) Article 19-1 to recognize invalid;

4) Chapter the fourteenth-1 to recognize invalid.

Article 3.

This Law becomes effective after one month from the date of official publication.
