I ORDER:
1. In the text of the Form of the registration certificate on medicinal means / medicine (medical immunobiological supply) approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 29, 2003 No. 358, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 7, 2003 for No. 693/8014, of the word and figures "till March 31, 2019" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till March 31, 2020".
2. In the text of the Description of the registration certificate on medicinal means / medicine (medical immunobiological supply) approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 29, 2003 No. 358, of the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 07, 2003 for No. 693/8014, and figures "till March 31, 2019" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till March 31, 2020".
