Chapter 1 General provisions
1. This Provision developed according to Item 8 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2004 No. 300-Z "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Belarus" determines procedure for carrying out public discussions in the field of architectural, town-planning and construction activities (further - public discussion). The town-planning projects and other documentation specified in Items 17 and 22 of this provision are subject to public discussion according to this Provision (further, unless otherwise specified, - projects).
Public discussions of the ecological report on strategic ecological assessment and the valuation report of impact on the environment are performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation for the procedure of public discussions of ecological reports on strategic ecological assessment and valuation reports of impact on the environment.
