About introduction of amendments to the Law on provision of the one-time help to some receivers of pensions No. 313/2018

This organic law is adopted based on provisions of article 106-1 of the Constitution by acceptance on itself the Government of responsibility to Parliament.

Art. I. - In the Law on provision of the one-time help to some receivers of pensions No. 313/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 461, of the Art. 762) to make the following changes:

1. To add the name after the word of "pensions" with the words "and public social benefits".

2. Add the law with the article I/1 of the following content:

"Art. I/1. - To receivers of all types of the public social benefits, except for attendance allowances, to maintenance and supervision, appointed before entry into force of this law according to the Law on the public social benefits for some categories of citizens No. 499/1999, the one-time help in the amount of 600 lei is provided.".

3. To add article II after the word "pensions" with the words "and public social benefits".

4. To add article III after the word of "pensions" with the words "and public social benefits".

5. In part (articles VII of the word "receivers of pensions" to replace 2) with the word "receivers".

Art. II. - To cover expenses on implementation of this law for the account and within transfers from the budget of the public social benefit.

Art. III. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication.
