About introduction of amendments to article 31 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014

Art. I. - Article 31 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (9/1) of the following content:
"(9/1) Within year three sessions of national examination of bachelor degree will be organized. For participation in the third annual session of bachelor degree the candidate brings certain payment for examination in the size established by the Government.".
Art. II. - To the government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
