About introduction of amendments to the Law on domestic trade No. 231/2010

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on domestic trade No. 231/2010 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 265-276, 571), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 6 to add 5) with Item h) the following content:

"h) requirements to observance of rules of ensuring purity to the address of trade unit / catering establishment according to the procedure, established by body of local public authority.".

2. Part (Article 14 to add 3) with Item i) the following content:

"i) these agreements on transportation of waste, signed according to the procedure, established by body of local public authority.".

3. 2) of the Section "I Promise:" to add appendix 2 after Item with the following Section:

"These agreements on transportation отходов:_________________________________________________________________
                                                      (agreement number and term of its action)".

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective after six months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Government and bodies of local public authority to bring the regulations into accord with provisions of this law.
