Warehouses of temporary storage of customs authorities are open type warehouses and stipulated in Clause 107 Customs codes of the Republic of Tajikistan shall meet the requirements.
4. To rooms and (or) the open areas, held for use as warehouse of temporary storage, the protected territory equipped for the parking of the vehicles transporting the goods which are under customs control for time necessary for completion of internal customs transit shall adjoin.
5. The warehouse of temporary storage, and also the adjacent protected territory are the customs control zone.
