About modification of the Procedure by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine estimates of functioning of system of internal audit

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 12, 2018 to No. 1062 "About approval of the Basic principles of implementation of internal control by managers of budgetary funds and introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 28, 2011 No. 1001", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine estimates of functioning of system of internal audit approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 3, 2017 No. 480, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 24, 2017 for No. 663/30531, the following changes:

1) in Item 1 of the Section I of the word "their territorial authorities and budgetary institutions which belong to the sphere of management of the ministries, of other central executive bodies, in Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations" shall be replaced with words to "Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, other main managers of means of the government budget, their territorial authorities and budgetary institutions which belong to the sphere of their management";

2) in the Section II:

in Item 3 of the word "for year" shall be replaced with words "for three years";
