For October 1, 2005 auditors of Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic carried out 246 audit inspections of business entities therefore financial violations for total amount 251240, were revealed by 5 thousand som, including:

- illegal expenditure of money and material values in 65 business entities on the amount 5375, 4 thousand som;

- shortage and plunder of money and material values in 85 business entities on the amount 11713, 2 thousand som;

- overestimate of the prices, installation and construction works on the amount 7577, 3 thousand som;

- other financial violations on the amount 215279, 6 thousand som.

For the purpose of enhancement of corporate management system and strengthening of the state control on the objects having strategic importance for economy and economic safety of the Kyrgyz Republic, achievement of bigger transparency and increase in efficiency in management of business entities with the state ownership ratio and also based on the principles of non-interference to operational economic activity of business entities, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
