The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. To the federal executive bodies authorized on provision of the parcels of land by provision of the parcels of land from structure of lands of the settlements provided for ensuring defense and safety, lands the industry, power, transport, communication, broadcasting, television, information science, lands for ensuring space activities, lands defense, safety and lands other special purpose (except for the lands specified in Item 3 of part 2 of Article 23 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation) in lease, free use in the relevant agreements as conditions to provide possibility of implementation of cabins of trees, the bushes growing on such parcels of land if such cabin is necessary for ensuring use of the parcel of land according to its type (types) of the permitted use, except as specified if the prohibition on the cabin and (or) restriction of the cabin are established according to the Federal Laws and the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation. The corresponding conditions can be included in the agreements on establishment of the servitude signed by the specified federal executive bodies concerning such parcels of land.
