1. Approve the enclosed list of data of customs statistics of foreign trade of the Russian Federation, including the data containing information of limited access which are subject to representation of development to the state institutes for accomplishment of the functions assigned to them.

2. Determine that the Federal Customs Service represents to the state institutes of development data of customs statistics of foreign trade of the Russian Federation, including the data containing information of limited access according to the list approved by this resolution by means of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of request.

3. Realization of powers, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, is performed by the Federal Customs Service within the established number of staff of officials of the Federal Customs Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided by it in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

4. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
