1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2011 No. 1426 "About some questions of the address with flora objects" the following changes:
1.1. in preamble of the word of "2011" shall be replaced with words "2011 No. 260-Z";
1.2. in Item 1:
to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

1.3. in Regulations on the procedure for issue of permissions to removal of objects of flora and permissions to change of objects of flora approved by this resolution:
in Item 2 of the word "parts four of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 "About flora" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 73, 2/954) "shall be replaced with words" parts one of article 37-3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 No. 205-Z "About flora";
add the Provision with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. For the purposes of this provision terms are used in the values established in article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About flora".";
in Item 3:
in part one:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
