About change of Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2008 No. 1269 and of February 17, 2012 No. 156

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2008 No. 1269 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration (re-registration) of products of medical appointment and medical equipment":

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on part four of article 39-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 "About health care" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 2435-XII";

in the Regulations on state registration (re-registration) of products of medical appointment and medical equipment approved by this resolution:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Provision determines procedure for state registration (re-registration) for products of medical appointment and medical equipment in the Republic of Belarus. Requirements of this provision are obligatory for the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing production, import, realization and application of products of medical appointment and medical equipment.";

in Item 2:

from paragraphs of the fifth and seventh word", research works in the field of health care" to exclude;

after the paragraph of the seventh to add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
