Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 28, 2006 "About other obligatory payments in the budget" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 7, Art. 345; 2009, No. 5, Art. 327; 2010, No. 1, Art. Z; 2011, No. 12, Art. 848; 2013, No. 3, Art. 191; 2015, No. 11, Art. 971; 2016, No. 7, Art. 629; 2016, No. 11, the Art. 884) the following changes and amendments:

1. Regarding 3rd Article 4:

- in paragraph five to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"-payment for issue of the permission for construction of buildings and constructions in the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan - the city of Dushanbe (further - the capital).".

2. Add with Chapter 21 (2) the following content:

"GLAVA 21(2). PAYMENT FOR ISSUE OF THE PERMISSION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTIONS IN THE CAPITAL

Article 82 (2). Regulations on collection of payment for issue of the permission for construction of buildings and constructions in the capital

The payment for issue of the permission for construction of buildings and constructions in the capital (further - payment) is levied for the right to construction of buildings and constructions in the territory of the capital.

Article 82 (3). Payers of payment

Payers of payment are the physical persons and legal entities occupied with construction of residential buildings and commercial constructions.
