About introduction of amendments to articles 56 and 56.1 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contractual system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 14, Art. 1652; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2925; 2018, No. 1, Art. 88) following changes:

1) in Article 56:

a) add part 2 with Item 3 following of content:

"3) rendering services in the organization of rest of children and their improvement.";

b) to add part 2.1 after the words "specified in" with words "Items 1 and 2";

c) add with part 2.2 following of content:

"2.2. The customer has the right to conduct procurement of the services specified in Item 3 of part 2 of this Article taking into account requirements of this Federal Law by carrying out request for quotation, and also at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor). At the same time the additional requirements established according to part 2 of article 31 of this Federal Law concerning participants of procurements which are conducted only by carrying out tender with limited participation are not applied to participants of such purchases.";

2) in Article 56.1:

a) add part 2 with Item 3 following of content:
