Article 1

1) regarding the 2nd Article 1:

a) to add the subitem "an" of item 4 after the words "for the account" with words "the means received as gift, including donation according to the will,";

b) to add the subitem "an" of Item 5 after the words "for the account" with words "the means received as gift, including donation (charitable gift) according to the will,";

2) Article 8 to add with part 12.1 following of content:

"12.1. Till October 1, 2019 budgetary institutions, state, municipal unitary enterprises have the right to change and approve regulations on purchase and the plan of purchase for implementation of the purchases provided by the subitem "an" of Item 4, the subitem "an" of Item 5 of part 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law in 2019.".
