Article 1

Item 1 to add 1) with the subitem 8 of the following content:

"8) the fuel exported from the Russian Federation for ensuring activity of the courts, used on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation and (or) in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation or in the Russian part (the Russian sector) of bottom of the Caspian Sea for geological studying of subsoil, exploration and production of hydrocarbonic raw material, and also the support vessels and search recovery ships used for carrying out the specified works on condition of representation in case of customs declaring from the face which obtained in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation the license for mineral right for geological studying of subsoil and (or) exploration and production of minerals and for the benefit of which the specified works, the commitment letter about target use of the fuel exported from the Russian Federation and the subsequent confirmation of target use of such fuel are carried out. The fuel specified in this subitem is exempted from export customs duties in the quantity which is not exceeding within 30 calendar days from date of issue of such fuel according to the declaration on goods:

1000 tons - for one gross vessel of gross tonnage;

2000 tons - for one gross vessel of gross tonnage;

4000 tons - for one gross vessel of gross tonnage;

5000 tons - for one gross vessel of gross tonnage.";

To add 2) with Item 1.4 of the following content:

"1.4. The procedure for submission of the commitment letter about target use of the fuel exported from the Russian Federation and the subsequent confirmation of target use of fuel specified in the subitem 8 of Item 1 of this Article is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
