In case of obtaining as a result of inheritance acceptance in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation or the legislation of foreign state by persons specified regarding 1 article 2 of this Federal Law, accounts (deposits), cash and values in the foreign banks located outside the territory of the Russian Federation in direct and indirect (through the third parties) ownership and (or) use of foreign financial instruments, and also acquisitions of the status of the founder and (or) the beneficiary of the foreign state of trust management of heritable property (heritable fund, trust) founded according to the legislation specified persons shall within six months from the date of inheritance acceptance or transfer of foreign financial instruments to the founder and (or) beneficiary of trust management of heritable property (heritable fund, trust) to close accounts (deposits), stop storage of cash and values in the foreign banks located outside the territory of the Russian Federation and (or) to perform alienation of the received foreign financial instruments, to stop ownership and (or) use of foreign financial instruments otherwise.".
