"Consider not having criminal record of persons condemned from April 26, 2002 to July 1, 2004 for making of acts, stipulated in Article 75 Criminal codes of the Republic of Armenia of March 7, 1961 or article 327 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 based on religious beliefs or views. The restrictions provided by part 8 of article 84 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia or, depending on criminal record, other law or the legal act are not applicable to these persons.
Consider not having criminal records of persons condemned after July 1, 2004 for the acts based on religious beliefs or views provided by Articles 327, 327.1, 327.2, 327.3 and 327.4 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia if their criminal record was removed or extinguished according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 84 Criminal codes of the Republic of Armenia. The restrictions provided by part 8 of article 84 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia or, depending on criminal record, other law or the legal act are not applicable to these persons.
