Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the charter of federal state budgetary institution "Russian Academy of Sciences" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 27, 2014 No. 589 "About approval of the charter of federal state budgetary institution "Russian Academy of Sciences" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 27, Art. 3771; 2017, No. 29, Art. 4379; 2018, No. 41, Art. 6260; No. 44, Art. 6763).

Changes which are made to the charter of federal state budgetary institution "Russian Academy of Sciences"

1. State Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. Object of activity of Academy is ensuring succession and coordination:

the basic scientific research and exploratory scientific research conducted in the major directions natural, technical, medical, agricultural, public and the humanities;

the scientific research realized in the field of defense industry complex for the benefit of defense of the country and safety of the state;

expert scientific ensuring activities of public authorities of the Russian Federation;

scientific and methodical management of scientific and scientific and technical activities of the scientific organizations and educational organizations of the higher education.".

2. In Item 12:
