About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments"

Article 1. ZR-185 "About local duties and payments" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 1997 with Item 20 of the following content:

"20) for permission of activities of object of the service which is subject to restriction in the territory of municipality.".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 12 of the Law with Item 20 of the following content:

"20) for permission of activities of object of the service which is subject to restriction in the territory of municipality:

and. for karaoke, disco, bath, sauna and steam room: in the administrative territory of municipality - from ten thousand to twenty thousand dram of RA, and in the city of Yerevan - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand RA for calendar year;

. for striptease club: in the administrative territory of municipality - from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand dram of RA, and in the city of Yerevan - from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand RA for calendar year.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective in year after its official publication.
