About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade and services"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 24, 2004 "About trade and services" (further - the Law) the words "and household" shall be replaced with words ZR-134-N ", household and subject to restriction".

"Chapter 4.2. The services which are subject to restriction
Article 15.2. Basic concepts
In sense of this Law the basic concepts concerning the services which are subject to restriction are:
the service which is subject to restriction - complex of the certain services directed to satisfaction of consumer requirements on carrying out leisure and rest which appear in objects of the services which are subject to restriction, established by this Law;
object of the service which is subject to restriction - karaoke, disco, striptease club, bath, steam room, sauna;
karaoke - object of the service which is subject to restriction where the client, using interactive music of previously chosen song, shows amateur singing;
disco - object of the service which is subject to restriction where by means of complex sound systems and systems of lighting in the presence of the permanent dance floor, and also with provision of the reproduced music dancing actions will be organized;
striptease club - object of the service which is subject to restriction where the striptease will be organized;
striptease - the scenic representation which is followed by dances and (or) music which participants in the course of representation gradually are in parts or in full bared;
bath, sauna and steam room - the object of the service which is subject to restriction, not being part of objects of hotel economy, the stipulated in Article 9 Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About tourism and tourist activities".
