In paragraph six of Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for the address in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of securities in foreign currency, acquisitions by residents of securities in foreign currency, and also acquisitions by nonresidents of the securities emitted by residents, the Center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market approved by the resolution under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 4, 2007 No. No. 2007-04, 290-B (рег. No. 1692 of June 22, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, Art. No. 25-26, 274), the words "The Center for Coordination and Market Development of Securities in case of Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "Agency on market development of the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
