Article 1. In article 141 of the Constitutional law of December 16, 2016 ZR-9-N "Regulations of National assembly":
Parts 1, 3 and 8 to recognize 1) invalid, and also the second offer of part 7 to exclude;
The word "five-day" to replace 2) in part 4 with the word "monthly".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
