About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Education"

Article 1. In part 6 of article 28 of the Law of April 14, 1999 ZR-297 "About education":
The fifth paragraph to state 1) in the following edition:
"Students on paid basis can bring tuition fee on half-year or months of academic year, having regularly divided on the number of months of this academic year, than the minimum amount of monthly payment will be established.";
The sixth paragraph to declare 2) invalid.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
