About modification and amendments in the Law "About National Pensions"

Article 1. ZR-243-N "About national pensions" (further - the Law) to add article 15 of the Law of December 22, 2010 with part 6 of the following content:
"6. The size of the work pension estimated according to the procedure, established by this Article, cannot be less than the size of the minimum pension established by the Government.".
Article 2. To add article 19 of the Law with part 3 following of content:
"3. The size of the military pension estimated according to the procedure, established by this Article, cannot be less than the size of the minimum pension established by the Government.".
Article 3. Regarding 3rd article 21 of the Law of the word "military … on disability of the serviceman of ordinary structure of obligatory compulsory military service" shall be replaced with words "established by the Government minimum".
Article 4. Regarding 3rd article 23 of the Law of the word "military … in case of loss of the supporter of the member of the family of the died (died) serviceman of ordinary structure of obligatory compulsory military service" shall be replaced with words "established by the Government minimum".
Article 5. In part 10 of Article 33, "authorized body" to replace parts 5 of article 36 of the Law of the word with the word "Government".
Article 6. To state part 6 of article 44 of the Law in the following edition:
"6. The procedure for appointment and payment of funeral benefit, the list of the documents necessary for payment, and the size of funeral benefit establishes the Government.",
Article 7. To add part 4 of article 55 of the Law before the words "labor on disability" with the words "estimated according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 15 these Laws (including taking into account part 6 of article 15 of the Law)".
