About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About acts of civil status"

Article 1. Article 84 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 8, 2004 ZR-9-N "About acts of civil status" to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. The damage caused as a result of administration of bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE or their officials (except as specified return of the amounts collected in the government budget from the corresponding acquisition accounts in the government budget), is compensated by the extrabudgetary funds formed from the payments enforced for the rendered services.

In case of compensation of the damage caused as a result of administration of bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE or their officials, because of insufficiency of extrabudgetary funds at the expense of means of reserve fund of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or other means of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia of means, allocated for this purpose, are recovered by the extrabudgetary funds formed from the payments enforced for the services rendered by bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia. At the same time the amounts received from satisfaction of the return requirements imposed on officials according to the procedure, established by the law, go for replenishment of extrabudgetary funds. The procedure and priorities of use of extrabudgetary funds (except for extrabudgetary funds of local authority budgets) establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. At the time of entry into force of this Law all those acts of compensation of the damage caused as a result of administration of bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE or their officials who became effective after June 1, 2014 are subject to execution at the expense of means of the extrabudgetary funds formed from the payments enforced for the services rendered by bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
