Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 761) the following change:
add Chapter 7 with Article 39-2 of the following content:
"Article 39-2. Determination of procedure for making of actions for repayment of securities which it is seized, to payment on them of the income, their converting, exchange or other actions with them
1. In case of seizure of securities their converting, exchange, repayment and other actions with them stop before cancellation of the decision on seizure.
2. If in case of seizure of securities by the suspect, person accused there will be owner of securities, payment of the income to the owner stops before cancellation of the decision on seizure.".
This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
