Article 1. ZR-42 "About medical care and servicing of the population" to add the law of the Republic of Armenia of March 4, 1996 with Chapter 5.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 5.1. State control of medical care and servicing of the population
Article 25.1. State control of medical care and servicing of the population
The state control of medical care and servicing of the population is performed by the inspection body exercising control, the authorized Government of the Republic of Armenia.
Article 25.2. Responsibility for violation of this Law
Persons violating requirements of this Law bear responsibility according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
