About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About reproductive health and the reproductive rights of the person"

Article 1. ZR-474-N "About reproductive health and the reproductive rights of the person" to add the law of the Republic of Armenia of December 11, 2002 with new Article 19.1 of the following content:
"Article 19.1. State control of protection of reproductive health
The state control of protection of reproductive health of the person, gametes and sperm, abortion and voluntary medical sterilization, use of auxiliary technologies of reproduction, donorship of reproduction (gamete) is performed by the inspection body exercising control, the authorized Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
