About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) to state article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 19, 2014 to ZR-25-N in the following edition:

"Article 1. Subject of regulation of the Law

This Law regulates procedure and conditions of forming, activities of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia (further - the Investigative Committee) as investigating body, service in it, classification of positions and class ranks, the rights, obligations and responsibility of employees, legal and social guarantees and the other relations connected with service.".

Article 2. In the Law:

Words "The government of the Republic of Armenia in the corresponding case forms to replace 1) with the word "Government";

Article 5. In part 5 of article 17 of the Law of the word of "the President of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "according to the Government and the Prime Minister".
