1. Approve the Procedure for entering into special fund of the government budget of collection in the form of the target allowance to rate for natural gas which is applied.

2. To the Ministry of Fuel and Energy together with the National commission of regulation of power industry and State Tax Administration to approve in two weeks form of accounting of scopes of supply of natural gas to consumers of all patterns of ownership.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Procedure for entering into special fund of the government budget of collection in the form of the target allowance to rate for natural gas

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of entering into special fund of the government budget of collection in the form of the target allowance to applicable fare on natural gas (further - collection) for consumers of all patterns of ownership.

Collection is collected in the amount of 2 percent on amounts of natural gas which are delivered for the companies of utility heat-and-power engineeering, thermal power plants, electromain lines and boiler subjects of housekeeping, in particular of block (modular) boiler rooms (in amount which is used for provision to the population of services in heating and hot water supply, on condition of maintaining by such subjects separate instrument and financial accounting of heat and hot water).
