About modification of Item 12 of the Instruction on procedure for use of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents as the declaration on goods

1. Add Item 12 of the Instruction on procedure for use of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents as the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 263 "About procedure for use of transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents as the declaration on goods", subitem 12-3 of the following content:

"12-3) foreign goods intended only for use under the organization and holding official international competitive actions for professional skill of WorldSkills ("Ворлдскиллс"), official international actions within the International Hanseatic days of Modern times moved (moved) through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union and placed under special customs procedure, and also placed under customs procedure of re-export for the purpose of completion of action of special customs procedure if earlier such goods when placing under special customs procedure were declared with provision of the list;".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
