Article 1. "About collection" to state part 3 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of September 28, 2004 to ZR-111-N in the following edition: "3. The certificate on qualification and professional compliance of specialized staff of the collection organization is issued is termless.".
Article 2. The certificates on qualification granted before entry into force of this Law the term which at the time of entry into force of this Law did not expire are considered as issued is termless.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
