Part 2 of Article 13 to add 1) with Item 12 of the following content:

"12) there are bases for early agreement cancelation about fixing and provision of share of quota of production (catch) of crabs in the investment purposes specified regarding the 4th article 33.8 of this Federal Law.";

2) Article 19 to add with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. For implementation of industrial fishery in sea waters concerning types of water bioresources which general admissible catch is established and distributed in relation to quota of the production (catch) of water bioresources specified in Item 12 of part 1 of article 30 of this Federal Law such water bioresources are provided in use based on agreements, the stipulated in Article 33.8 presents of the Federal Law concluded by results of the auctions held according to article 38.1 of this Federal Law.";
