About modification of article 4 of the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93/1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 4 of the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93/1998 (1998, Art. No. 72-73, 485), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (12) the following content:
"(12) Implementation of the types of activity provided in line items 1.1 and 1.2 appendices to this law is allowed till December 31, 2019 only to the patentees having for December 31, 2018 the patent for the corresponding type of activity.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
