In paragraph three of Item 1 of the Regulations on requirements to implementation of professional activity of banks in the security market as the investment intermediary managing investment assets and the investment consultant approved by the resolution of the Central bank and Center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 23, 2008 No. No. 299-B, 2008-05 (рег. No. 1782 of April 2, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, Art. No. 14-15, 105), the words "The Center for Coordination and Market Development of Securities in case of Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "Agency on market development of the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
