About change of the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2016 No. 557

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2016 No. 557 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for approval by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus for issue of separate types of bonds by banks" the following changes:
