About modification of article 11 of the Code of television and radio of the Republic of Moldova No. 260/2006

Single Article. - Article 11 of the Code of television and radio of the Republic of Moldova No. 260/2006 (2006, Art. No. 131-133, 679), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (11) the following content:
"(11) Names of villages (communes), cities (municipiums) and areas in the language other than state, are used by the broadcasting organizations which are under jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova in the program complexes extended by them with observance of spelling, orthoepic, morphological and syntactic regulations of the corresponding language.".
