About modification of article 66 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 66 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014 (2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (3-1) following of content:
"(3-1) acceptance long-term, for the period up to five years, obligations in case of purchase of social food services in education system Is allowed, having provided in the agreement of the obligation of the economic operator on equipment of table educational institutions the equipment and installations necessary for smooth functioning, and also on ensuring repair of the rooms intended for table educational institutions.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law:
- bring the regulations into accord with this law;
- develop the regulations necessary for implementation of this law.
