About introduction of amendments to the Law on accession of the Republic of Moldova to the Protocol on aeronautical equipment to the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment No. 264/2017

Art. I. - Article 1 of the Law on accession of the Republic of Moldova to the Protocol on aeronautical equipment to the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment No. 264/2017 (2018, 46) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 7-17, in the following edition:
"Art. 1. - The Republic of Moldova joins the Protocol on the aeronautical equipment to the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment made in Cape Town on November 16, 2001 with the following statements:
"According to Item 1 of article XXX of the Protocol on aeronautical equipment to the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment the Republic of Moldova declares that it will apply articles VIII and XII of the this Protocol.
According to Item 2 of article 54 of the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment the Republic of Moldova declares that all methods of protection of the rights which are available for the creditor according to this Convention which are accurately not determined in any of its provisions as the requiring appeals to the court can be applied only from the leave of court. "".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
