About modification of appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995

Art. I. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the List the company, organization and the organization which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 78-80, 572), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

in line item "Educational-experimental stations of the State agricultural university of Moldova, all" figures of "2843,96" to replace with figures of "2839,67";

in line item "the village of Gidigich of municipium of Chisinau" to replace figures "178" with figures of "173,71";

in line item "In total" to replace figures of "22049,17" with figures of "22044,88".

Art. II. - The site with cadastral number 0124306.0011 total area of 4,2884 of hectare excluded according to Article I from the List of the companies, organizations and organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state is transferred to the control the Ministries of Economy and Infrastructure for construction of gas control Item Gidigich and administrative complex of the operator of the gas pipeline in the Ungen-Chisinau direction. The losses caused by exception of this site of category of lands of agricultural purpose are not subject to compensation.

Art. III. - To the government in 90-day time:

- change purpose of the parcel of land specified in this law;

- provide modification of cadastral documentation according to the current legislation.
