About general classification and value assessment of natural stones

For the purpose of protection of economic interests of the state and reduction of the legislation in compliance with the international standards Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve general classification of natural stones according to appendix.

Determine that changes are made by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on representation of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Ministry of Finance to classification.

2. Assign to the State gemological center value assessment of natural stones and issue of the certificate on their assessment in the form approved by the Ministry of Finance.

3. To provide to the State Customs Service with the assistance of the State gemological center training of specialists for implementation of examination behind movement of natural stones through customs border of Ukraine.
